Eileen & Pat came home from the UK for their recent wedding.

Eileen, her 8 bridesmaids ranging from small to tall & her Mum all got ready in the comfort of the hotel & the room was full of pre wedding anticipation & excitement in the morning when myself & John arrived.  I love to see John on a wedding day as he’s a great man to get the laughs going.

From the Ardilaun to Barna church to meet Pat & his groomsmen who were there chatting & greeting their guests, who’d come from far & near to celebrate the day with friends & family.

The day was dry but blustery so after the ceremony & celebrations & a short family shoot the bridal party headed towards Furbo for some beach pictures but the wind whipped up & sent us all into Pádraicíns instead.  Into the warm & out of the cold 🙂  After a short pitstop we headed back towards Maureen’s warm welcome with a quick detour into Barna woods, which was nicely protected from the blustery coastal elements.

The hotel garden’s have been redesigned & decorated providing a gorgeous secluded area for couple, family & group photos so it gave us the chance to get the photos we hadn’t got earlier.

It was a day full of laughter & good humour & I’m sure the laughs went on late into the night.  You were great craic, so easy going & it was a real pleasure working with you guys on your big day.  Thank you Eileen & Pat. ❤️
